Kirby attended Colorado State University, where he earned a degree in Financial Planning and Investments through a CFP® Board-Registered Program and played Division I collegiate golf. His academic background laid the foundation for a career in financial services, while his time as a student-athlete taught him focus, adaptability, and the value of incremental progress—lessons that would continue to shape his future pursuits.

Following college, Kirby spent over three years pursuing his dream of playing professional golf, competing in tournaments across seven countries. The journey required intense discipline, adaptability, and a long-term mindset—much like a successful financial plan. He often draws parallels between the game of golf and wealth management: both demand consistent effort, strategic course correction, and the patience to see rewards accumulate over time.

After his professional golf career, Kirby transitioned into the corporate world, where he led with the same competitive spirit and commitment to excellence. He built a successful career in talent acquisition, ultimately becoming Executive Vice President of Recruiting. In this role, he guided individuals and companies through career-defining decisions, honed his leadership skills, and developed a deep understanding of how to align people with their goals—experience that now informs his work with financial planning clients.

In 2025, Kirby became fully licensed and launched his practice with a clear mission: to help clients build, preserve, and protect their wealth. He now works with working professionals, business owners, and retirees to create personalized strategies that reflect their values and goals. As a fiduciary, he is committed to acting in his clients’ best interests at all times, offering objective guidance and long-term financial clarity.

Kirby resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Caitlin, a business owner and Pvolve franchise operator, and their dog Birdie. Married since 2021, they look forward to growing their family in the future. As one of 12 children, Kirby values connection, teamwork, and resilience. Outside of the office, you’ll find him enjoying a round of golf, participating in early morning pickup basketball, or spending time with friends and family.
